Six-year contracts of this scale should not be registered without public review of who loses work, who loses access, and which communities lose continuity. One letter requests all three.
Workforce impact review
Documents how many afterschool workers lose jobs, hours, or seniority under each award and what continuity protections exist.
Disability-access impact review
Documents continuity for students with IEPs / 504s, accommodations crosswalks, and trained-staff retention.
Community impact review
Documents what trusted local programs, leagues, and partnerships are disrupted at each displaced school.
