Operational Record

Continuity of funded slots is not necessarily continuity of children served.

In middle-school SONYC, one funded slot is not necessarily one unique child. Programs may serve far more individual students through à-la-carte models. This tracker documents the gap, site by site.

Verification in progress. This page is a structured intake for the operational record. Numbers here are reported by organizers and require documentary verification (attendance rosters, DYCD slot counts, RFP language) before being treated as fact. We also want the actual RFP language on attendance requirements — irregular attendance may unintentionally penalize the families who most need afterschool.
